Albert Hung
District Superintendent
Rev. Albert Hung is the District Superintendent of the Northern California District Church of the Nazarene. Prior to his current assignment, Albert served as Lead Pastor of Trinity Church, a multi-site, multi-ethnic church serving the English, Spanish, Chinese, and Filipino communities east of Los Angeles, California. He also served as the International Chaplain for Azusa Pacific University, leading chapel services for a global community of students from more than thirty countries. After spending several years in the entertainment business as a stage director, recording artist, and television host, Albert received a call from the Lord to pastoral ministry in 2003 while serving as a missionary in Taipei, Taiwan. He speaks frequently on the topics of preaching, cross-cultural ministry, leadership development, and the future of the church. His published work includes articles for Holiness Today, The Table magazine, and the Reflecting God devotional series.

Christine Youn Hung
Assistant District Superintendent
As the Assistant District Superintendent, Rev. Christine Hung chairs the Board of Ministry, helps care for and encourage our pastors and their families, develops training days, workshops, as well as coaching and mentoring initiatives for the district. She is also an advocate for greater diversity within our pastoral corps.
Christine also serves on the Advisory Board for the Wynkoop Center for Women in Leadership at Nazarene Theological Seminary and is a member of the Wesleyan Holiness Women Council. She leads workshops on Bible study, and speaks regularly on diversity, spiritual identity, and empowerment of women. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary, a Masters of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and is presently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Ecclesial Leadership and Mission.
She takes great joy in her husband, Albert, and their 4 children Elijah, Micaela, Genevieve, and Nathaniel.

Aaron Bolerjack
Executive Assistant to the District Superintendent
Aaron is a husband, father, pastor, history professor, coffee enthusiast, and football (soccer) aficionado. Before joining the NorCal District staff, Aaron served as Executive Pastor of OKC First Church of the Nazarene and Vice President of the Interfaith Alliance of Oklahoma. He and his wife, Rev. Brit Bolerjack, live at Heirloom East Bay, a small farm and intentional Christian community where she is co-director and co-pastor. Aaron is an avid reader and an adjunct professor of History at Southern Nazarene University, specializing in American History (particularly the Civil War era). Almarie Rodriguez
District Administrator
Almarie provides administrative support to our team and serves as the project coordinator for the NorCal Immigration Resource Center Initiative, which supports the efforts of our churches that minister to our many foreign-born neighbors. Almarie was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She is currently the Worship Leader at Casa De Dios Church of the Nazarene in Palo Alto, CA. She holds a J.D. in Criminal Justice from The Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. In addition to her commitment to her worship team, and her full-time job, she enjoys being an active volunteer helping those in need in her community. She is a mother of two amazing boys, Abdiel and Glenn, who love to keep her busy. Almarie is fluent in both Spanish and English and is passionate about serving the Lord.
