Prerequisites: District License for a minimum of 3 years, completed Course Of Study, and all 4 Supplemental Questions.

Actively involved in your church. ie. Serving in your local church as an “assigned minister” for three consecutive years (for part-time assigned ministers number of consecutive years is increased)

On the Northern California District

Graduate from a validated course of study.

Hold a District License for not less than three consecutive years.

Complete all four supplemental questions.

Schedule a DBM (District Board of Ministry) interview with DBM secretary, Rev. Becca Dyke, norcalminprep@gmail.com

The final approval for ordination lies with the District Board Of Ministry, the District Assembly, and the presiding General Superintendent.
